What services can you provide?We can anything almost anything that is legal, ethical and moral.

Is there a service you will not do?We will happily accept most service requests, as long as they are reasonable. We do however reserve the right to decline a request. If in doubt, please ask us.

How do I request services?Once you have purchased your hourly package you will be able to communicate your service requests to us via our Vida Vie APP, email or phone. Once your service request has been made we will confirm back the hours required. Your approval will be required before the task is scheduled.

Can I make a service request for the same day?We would appreciate a minimum of 24hrs notice for scheduling however understand that things come up last minute. We will do our utmost to carry out same day service requests, if a concierge is available a same day service fee of time and a half will be applied.

How far out can I request services?You can book a service request as far out as 3 months and as close as 24hrs prior.

What if I need to cancel a scheduled service?We would appreciate 24hrs notice to cancel a service. This will allow us to make that time available to another client.

When does the clock start on my purchased hours?Once a service request has been received, approved and accepted the time billed starts as soon as the service begins and ends upon completion of task (s) and/or delivery.

How do the Gift Certificates work?The recipient should make contact with us so we can discuss how we can assist, and to complete and sign our service contract.

How long are the hours I purchased valid?6 months from date of purchase.

Can my hours be transferred or used by someone else?Hours can only be used by your spouse or significant other. You can however use hours to have us run errands for your elderly parents.

Where are you located?Pt Loma, San Diego, CA

What geographic areas do you serve?For services that require a concierge to get in their car, we cover a 30 mile radius from San Diego International Airport. Areas outside of these will incur a 0.56c per mile mileage fee. For services that can be done from a desk our services are open to anyone in the USA.

What are your hours?Our business hours are Monday – Friday 8:00am – 6:00pm and Saturdays by appointment only. For existing clients we are available until 7:00pm weekdays and afternoons on Saturdays. Services may be provided outside of these hours however must be negotiated, subject to concierge availability and will incur an additional fee.

HolidaysWe are closed Sundays, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Day.

What methods of payment do you accept?Cash, Check and all major credit cards.

Is there a separate mileage charge?0.56 c per mile if we are required to travel over 30 miles for any service.

Are there any other fees associated with your service?Our fee structure is simply, our hourly rate plus mileage fee (if necessary) followed by any costs incurred by third party (ie: cost of groceries, liquor purchase, party decorations etc). For situations where Vida Vie are required to pay for goods then seek reimbursement a 3% fee on top of the goods will apply.

How are third party purchases handled?Costs for third party purchases and services are the client’s responsibility. In some instances we will make purchases on our company credit card with full reimbursement required at time of delivery plus a 3% fee. Any major purchases will require either payment at time of service request, or prepaid in advance.

What service vendors do you use?We will work with your preferred vendors for your service requests. If you do not have a preferred vendor we will be happy to enlist one from our ‘Service Vendor List’. The vendors who make this list have all been through extensive vetting by Vida Vie, carry their own insurance and provide our customers with outstanding service.

How can I be sure my privacy will be protected?Our client’s privacy is very important to us. You are trusting us with personal information and allowing us to provide services of a personal nature. We can assure we will take all steps necessary in protecting your privacy. We will never sell or share your personal information with anyone without your permission.
